Tierra is a book about fruits and vegetables in Uruguay and how to grow and cook them. The first part of the book narrates the story of horticulture in the country while the second part is a calendar/recipe book across the seasons. We developed a custom typeface called “Boniato Sans” for the book, inspired by the wild typography that people creates along the highway to offer what they do with their hands.
